Refund policy
The Buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving any reason (i.e. to return a product of satisfactory quality) within 14 days, except in cases provided for by law. After withdrawing from the contract, the Buyer must send the product back to the Seller without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. The amount paid, including delivery costs, shall be refunded within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract; however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
Returned or exchanged goods must be intact, undamaged, unused, and in their original commercial condition (labels not removed, protective films not peeled off, etc.). The goods must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, purchase documents, warranty card (if issued), user manuals, and any other supplied items. If the goods are incomplete, damaged, improperly packed, or otherwise deteriorated, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept them, refuse replacement, and refuse to refund the amount paid.
A product is considered to be of satisfactory quality if its expiry date has not passed, its composition complies with legal requirements, it has been properly stored prior to delivery to the Buyer, its consistency and essential properties have not changed, there is no mechanical damage or other quality defects, and the packaging is not damaged.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email at info@yas.lt or by phone at +370 678 19 209.
The Buyer has the right to submit claims regarding defects of the goods within two years from the date of delivery. If the goods have a specified expiry or usability period, claims regarding defects may be submitted only if the defects are identified within that period.
The Buyer may request:

replacement of the defective goods with goods of proper quality;

a proportional reduction of the price;

free elimination of the defects within a reasonable time;

reimbursement of the costs of defect repair if the Seller failed to eliminate the defects within a reasonable time and the Buyer or a third party eliminated them.
The Buyer has no right to return:

goods of satisfactory quality that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, or which have lost their commercial appearance due to the Buyer’s actions, as well as goods with incomplete комплектation (e.g. missing parts, user manuals, or warranty documents, if they were issued);

other goods that the Seller is entitled to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.
