Terms of service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the electronic stores www.yas.lt and www.yetanothershop.lt (hereinafter – the “Seller”) and the buyer (hereinafter – the “Buyer”), as well as the conditions of purchasing, payment, delivery, returns, and other matters related to the sale of goods.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply to the Buyer.
2. Definitions
2.1. Electronic Store – the Seller’s online store located at www.yas.lt and www.yetanothershop.lt.
2.2. Seller – SMU TRIO, MB, registered office: Kalvarijų g. 125, LT-08221 Vilnius, company registration number 307208989, VAT number LT100019211116.
2.3. Buyer – a natural or legal person who purchases goods in the electronic store at www.yas.lt or www.yetanothershop.lt and is the final consumer of such goods.
2.4. Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.5. Force Majeure – unforeseeable circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, actions of third parties) for which the Seller is not responsible.
3. Protection of Personal Data
3.1. The Buyer’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Personal data is used only for order administration, fulfillment, and other lawful purposes related to the provision of services.
4. Ordering of Goods and Conclusion of the Sales Contract
4.1. The sales contract shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer submits an order in the electronic store, fully pays for the goods, and the Seller confirms receipt of payment.
4.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information necessary to fulfill the order.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
5.2. Payments may be made using the electronic payment services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; however, this shall not affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Goods are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. Available delivery methods: delivery by courier to the Buyer’s specified address or delivery to the Buyer’s selected parcel locker.
6.3. The delivery method is selected when placing the order.
6.4. Delivery is available throughout Lithuania, including the Curonian Spit.
6.5. Delivery times and costs are specified at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method.
6.6. The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third parties (courier services) or force majeure.
6.7. Goods shall be deemed delivered to the Buyer from the moment they are handed over to the courier or placed in the selected parcel locker.
7. Product Quality and Warranties
7.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods comply with applicable legal requirements.
7.2. Where a warranty applies, its terms are provided in the product description.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
8.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, except for cases provided by law. Opened or used household chemicals and cleaning products of satisfactory quality are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where defects are identified.
8.2. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
8.3. Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
9.1. The Buyer undertakes to use the electronic store lawfully.
9.2. The Seller undertakes to properly fulfill orders.
10. Liability
10.1. The parties shall be liable for violations of these Terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. The Seller shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer also has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or submit a request through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
11.2. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication.
11.3. The Buyer may contact the Seller, submit complaints or inquiries, and obtain information by email at info@yas.lt or by phone at +370 678 19 209 on business days from 9:00 to 16:00. Responses to Buyer inquiries are provided within 10 business days.
